What data we process and why
- Enquiries and bookings (by email, phone or WhatsApp): first name, last name, email, phone and the content of your message, to reply to you and manage your stay. Legal basis: your request and performance of a contract.
- Online booking: when you use the booking engine, the data you enter (personal details, dates, payment) is processed by the service provider on our behalf. The provider and details will be listed here when the service is activated.
- Browsing statistics: only if you consent, we use Google Analytics with anonymised IP to understand how the site is used.
- Technical data: like any website, our hosting service (Cloudflare) records technical data (IP address, browser) for security and operation.
Video and external services
The site does not load fonts or content from Google. The YouTube video loads only if you click to play it, in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com).
Retention
We keep enquiry and stay data for as long as needed to manage them and to meet legal obligations (including tax). Statistics data follows the cookie durations in the Cookie Policy.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing by writing to info@thalassagreen.com. We reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr) or the authority of your country of residence.
