If you want a holiday of total relaxation and quiet, our Grenting formula (green holiday renting) is the right choice: you can have silence as your only companion, or take small moments of sharing with meditation, asana and yogic breathing guided by Sonia.
The sessions take place in the common areas, a short distance from the cottages, and open us to a deeper listening of ourselves and others.
